Sound familiar?

You're not a 2. You're a 7 or 8 who knows you're capable of 10.

Not by chasing perfection, grinding harder, or burning out. By showing up, leading, and performing at your best. At work. At home. In the moments that matter. And doing it consistently. Not just when it's easy — even when it's hard. You can feel the gap. You just haven't found the way to close it.

Edging towards burnout

Stressed, tired, with burnout creeping in. You're not in crisis or looking for therapy, but you are paying the cost — in decisions, in relationships, in happiness, in performance.

Something was always missing

Coaching, workshops, books — some of it helped, but it didn't stick. It didn't become a normal part of who you are. Lots of theory, not enough practice.

Good. But not your 10.

You're doing well. But you know there's a version of you that shows up sharper, more present, more confident, more fulfilled — at work, at home, in life.

The Lyceum Method

This isn't therapy.
It's moving you from good to great.

01Proactive

Proactive, Not Reactive, Mental Fitness

No looking backward, only looking forward. A fresh, practical approach to mental wellbeing moving people from good to great. Build real-life resilience. Adapt faster. Feel calm, focused, and present. Reduce stress and anxiety — and prevent burnout before it happens. This isn't therapy, it's what you wish therapy was.

02Development

Authentic Development — Practical. Holistic. Human (without woo-woo)

Training can feel transactional — like it's for your job, but not really for you. Lyceum is for you. Helping you be who you want to be, feel how you want to feel, and show up and perform the way you want to show up and perform. Make great decisions under pressure. Think clearly. Communicate effectively. Feel fulfilled. Leaders who train their mind create a ripple effect — their team, their family, their company all rise with them. That's your 10.

03Community

Real People Who Get It

Connect with other awesome, intelligent, highly functional leaders and high performers who get it — and who get you. Build trust and expand your network with people who aspire to more, and hold themselves to a higher standard. Real people. No judgment. A group environment built around shared growth.

04Consistency

Not A One-Off — A Practice

You wouldn't lift weights or eat a salad one time and say you're healthy. It's true for our bodies and it's true for our minds. Real growth requires consistency. Small, manageable improvements that stick — with a new relevant topic each week — compounding until they're part of who you are. Your weekly mental reset to focus on yourself, your wellbeing, and your continuous growth. It's the lowest-friction, highest-impact investment a high performer can make.

One hour a week. Compounding results.

How It Works

  1. Live Online Workouts

For one hour a week, participants join their cohort and trainer live online for their mental "workout." Up to 25 people in each group.

  2. Structured Phases and Sprints

Workout programs are designed into 12-week Phases, each consisting of three targeted 4-week sprints. Lyceum's core program consists of four Phases (12 weeks each).

  3. A New Topic Every Week

Each workout challenges you with a new, relatable topic — keeping you motivated and growing while stretching your thinking, engaging in meaningful discussion, exploring fresh perspectives, and helping you show up at your best.

  4. Compounding Micro-Improvements

Each workout builds on the previous one — creating a compounding effect of manageable micro-improvements that turn insights into lasting habits.

  5. Integration Between Sessions

Tools alone don't drive results — it's about integrating them into everyday life, building the right skills, and fostering a mindset that unlocks your potential. Every session includes practical Self-Work implementation exercises, email summaries of key concepts, and a weekly video building momentum between workouts.

What To Expect

Phase 1 Outcomes

  • 01Make decisions like a "10" — consistently (especially under pressure)
  • 02Build practical resilience for challenging and stressful times
  • 03Develop a growth and ownership mindset
  • 04Build trust through honest, effective communication and emotional intelligence — without taking things personally
  • 05Reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout, while improving clarity, focus, and presence
Show up. Integrate.

The Commitment

Show Up

Lyceum is a process, not a quick fix. Consistency is key — which means doing your absolute best to commit to attending (and being on time) each week.

Integrate

Do your Self-Work integration exercises between workouts. It's not time-consuming or a heavy lift — but it's essential to your growth. Half of your growth comes from the workouts. The other half happens between sessions. Knowledge is great. Implementation of that knowledge into everyday life is how you show up at your 10.

FAQ

Everything you're wondering

Is this therapy?

+

No — this is proactive growth, not reactive care. Lyceum is a mental fitness training system. We're looking forward, not backward. Not merely 'coping', showing up at your best. Think of it as a gym for your mind, not a treatment room.

Will I — or my team — be comfortable sharing?

+

Nobody is ever pushed to share. It's a safe, judgment-free environment built around growth. Most participants find it refreshing to have a professional space where they can actually be honest, be themselves, and instead of 'fluff', have real conversations that matter.

Is this for individuals or teams?

+

Both. Individuals join for personal performance. Organizations book multiple seats for key people and teams — or reserve private training. Ask about team pricing on your discovery call.

Will my team be comfortable being in the same group together?

+

This isn't a therapy session. We're not digging into the past or asking people to talk about their personal struggles. This is about growth and becoming the best versions of themselves — individually and together. They build the trust, collaboration, shared language, and mutual respect that make thriving teams thrive.

What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?

+

Most coaching falls short because it's passive, and often lacking direction. One on one conversation without the reps, and lacking diverse perspectives. Lyceum is built on weekly repetition with a live community. That's what turns insight into behavior change that actually sticks.

How much time does it actually take?

+

High performers run lean — this program was designed for exactly that constraint. Phase 1 is twelve weeks. One hour per week, live online. You'll also have some integration exercises between workouts. Don't worry, it's not time consuming or a heavy lift. It's practicing what you're learning in real life situations you're facing anyway. The ROI is felt across every other hour of your week.

Who is this not a fit for?

+

If you're looking for a quick fix, if you're in need of clinical support, if you only care about performance and not people, or if you're at a 6 and you want to stay at a 6, with respect, Lyceum probably isn't the right fit for you.
